Payments: All plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Enterprise plans are invoiced on a custom schedule agreed at onboarding.


Cancellation: You may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days written notice. No penalties or exit fees apply. Any payments already made at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.


Client Responsibilities: To deliver the best possible service, clients are expected to provide timely access to relevant tools, platforms and information required to complete agreed tasks.
